This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legally binding contract between you (the licensee) and MJB Letters. By downloading, installing, or using our font software (“Fonts”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not accept these terms, do not complete the purchase or install the Fonts.
Grant of License
Upon purchase, MJB Letters grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Fonts according to the license type selected at checkout (e.g., Personal, Commercial, Extended). Rights are limited to the specific usage stated in the corresponding license description.
Permitted Uses
- Use of the Fonts in designs and projects within the scope of the purchased license.
- Embedding the Fonts where expressly allowed (e.g., webfont or app/server license).
- Creation of rasterized/outlined artwork and static graphics (e.g., logos, posters, packaging) as permitted by the license.
Prohibited Uses
- Reselling, redistributing, giving away, or sharing the Fonts, in original or modified form.
- Converting or modifying the Fonts for resale, or including Fonts in templates or products for distribution.
- Embedding the Fonts beyond the scope of the purchased license (e.g., web/app embedding without proper license).
- Claiming ownership of the Fonts or any of their components.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
The Fonts are the intellectual property of MJB Letters. You are purchasing a license to use the Fonts, not the ownership of the Fonts themselves. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by MJB Letters.
Installation & Limited Warranty
We warrant that the Fonts will function as described when properly installed on supported systems. We are not responsible for installation failures due to abnormal device conditions, incompatibilities, or third-party software conflicts.
Our warranty does not cover issues arising from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or uses outside the licensed scope.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MJB Letters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Fonts. Your sole remedy is limited to replacement or repair of the Fonts if proven defective.
Termination
This EULA terminates automatically if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Fonts and delete all copies from your devices and storage.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our Fonts, all sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds, if any, are at our sole discretion.
